Important Update on our Sibling Waitlist!

Enrollment Date

We understand that some families have requested specific date times for their child to start, but our process is to enroll as children age out from the toddler program into primary program. This is not something that is easily predicted, and we select from the waitlist as space becomes available. If your child is 18months old, they are considered ready to enroll. If you choose to deny the spot we offer you, we will have to move your child to the bottom of the waitlist and we will move to the next sibling on the list.

Please understand that we will not be able to have your child start later in the month and prorate the tuition. If we offer your child a spot, you will be charged the whole month even if you chose to start them later. Once a spot becomes available, we will give you a 30 day notice from your child's start date. If you choose not to take this spot, it will be offered to the next child on the waitlist. Billing will take place on the first of the month when the spot is available. 

Also, while we try our best to accommodate parent requests for specific classes, this is not always possible. We currently have 2 toddler classes and assign students to enroll when space becomes available.

We are so grateful to have our amazing Gaowa Community and are so happy to have you all be part of it. We will do our very best to enroll siblings as soon as possible, but please be patient with our longer wait times and process. Thank you all for continuing to grow with us here at Gaowa!
