Signing In & Out Fee
Dear parents, please read through this statement from our parent handbook.
"The State of California requires that all children be signed in and out by an adult daily. Legible signatures are required on our sign in/out sheets for documentation purposes. The government mandates a $50 fee for all unsigned students in attendance. Upon arrival at the school, please sign in your child on the ProCare App, then accompany your child to their classroom or appropriate areas. We ask all students who are not using before-school care to arrive a little before 8:30am so that student work time is not interrupted. If you do arrive late, please sign in at our front desk in the lobby and the office staff will be happy to assist your child to his/her classroom. In terms of departure, releasing a child to someone other than a parent requires prior written notice. The person dropping off or picking up your child must present a picture ID to the office and follow the sign out policy."
Moving forward, we will begin charging families a $5 fee when their child is not signed in or signed out. It is crucial that parent's are signing their child in and out. If there is an issue with your app, please see someone in the office to help assist you. Please do not ask teachers to sign in/out your child, we only want admin staff to do so from here on out.
We will have a sign in and out sheet at the front office for nannies, grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc. that are dropping off/picking up and can't sign in/out with the app.

Late Pick Up Fee
As well as signing in and signing out, it is important that your child is picked up at their appropriate pickup time. If your child is late to being picked up, we will begin charging $15 for the first 10 minutes and a $1 charge will be added for every minute afterward. Please refer to our parent handbook below. Thanks again!
"Please contact the school if you will be late. Children become worried if they are not picked up at their usual time. Your call will help us to reassure them that you are on your way. Overtime rates are charged to cover unscheduled staff costs which are payable directly to the teacher on duty. $15 is charged for the first ten mins. $1 is charged for every minute thereafter."
